Pasta piselli (Serves 2)

  • 1 x onion (sliced),

  • 1 x garlic clove (crushed),

  • 1 x cup of frozen peas,

  • 900ml of vegetable stock,

  • 100/150g of pasta (any small shaped pasta you desire).



  1. Add all ingredients to the pan,

  2. Turn the heat up high and allow everything to boil for the duration of the pasta cooking time, normally 8 to 10 minutes,

  3. Season and serve, couldn’t be simpler.
