A simple, yet tasty side dish when your in a hurry which goes well with any types of meat or veggie mains. We make this often as there are always frozen peas to hand, and I don’t need to think to hard about making them.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees / gas mark 4
Place the peas into a baking dish
Add the onions, garlic, rosemary, oil, water, seasoning and mix
Layer a piece of foil on the top of the baking dish to protect the peas from burning and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
Give it a shake every so often, and if you find the peas need a little more time then place in the oven for another 5 minutes without the foil.
